He isigns Vannucci’s menus, telling with each course a chapter of his personal experience. At the entrance, ready to welcome you and escort you to the dining room, you will find Tonia Piccoli, owner of the establishment along with the chef; a young entrepreneur with a passion for the arts and gastronomy, Piccoli guides guests throughout their stay and advises on courses and wines.
